Presco carries out its corporate responsibility by taking a long-term approach to strategic decision-making that recognises the interests of our staff, shareholders, business partners, consumers, and the world-wide economy in which it operates. 

All companies of the Siat Group are managed in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code of Siat Belgium.

Presco Plc is also implementing the new Nigeria Code of Corporate Governance, which ensures the highest standards of transparency, accountability and good corporate governance, without unduly inhibiting enterprise and innovation.

As the Code is applicable to all public companies in Nigeria, Presco Plc is bound by the principles set out in the Code, where appropriate, to guide it in the conduct of its affairs.
