Presco's initial public offer was successfully completed, and since 9th October 2002 Presco Plc has been listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The public offering of Presco consisted of the sale of approximately 160 million shares at NGN 5 each. The issue was fully subscribed and Presco received approximately NGN 800 million gross (€ 6.5 million). in  2008, Bonus scheme was  implement based on 1 share for 1 share detained.

There are over 8,000 shareholders. The current shareholding structure is as follows:

• Siat Group: 60%
• Nigerian Investors (institutional and private): 40%
